Closed beta · macOS
Your training numbers, over whatever's on screen.
Trainpane connects to your smart trainer, treadmill and heart-rate strap, and floats live power, pace and heart rate in a see-through window over a show, a video or your work. When you're done, it pushes the workout to Strava.
Free during the beta · Windows to follow
What it does
Built for the hour on the trainer.
See-through overlay
Switch to overlay mode and the window goes transparent. Your panels stay on top, and clicks pass through to whatever's underneath.
Structured workouts in ERG
Load a plan, or build one in the workout creator, and Trainpane sets your trainer's resistance for each step. You can adjust the target as you ride.
Straight to Strava
When a workout ends, choose Push or Trash. Pushed workouts arrive on Strava with power, heart rate and cadence. You can also save a TCX file for Garmin Connect or intervals.icu.
Rides and runs
Works with smart trainers and treadmills, recording pace, distance and incline as well as power.
Panels your way
Move, resize and hide every panel. Extra panels include a race countdown, a scrolling landscape and a game you steer with Zwift Ride controls.
Your data stays yours
No ads and no tracking. Workouts only leave your Mac when you push them, and deleting your account deletes everything Trainpane holds. Privacy policy.
